Water contamination is a major problem all around the world, including India. Effects of this contamination on peoples’ health are serious. These health hazards and water quality often affect the development and the economy of the region.
One of the such major water contaminants is fluoride, which affected approximately 200 million people, globally. This contamination is higher predominantly in semi-urban and rural areas. Till date, the defluorinated water at the community level in the such outreach areas has not been made possible due to its high cost and complex treatment modalities.
Drumlins has developed an innovative technology that solves the fluoride contamination problem. This technology can be implemented at a community level in cost effective and sustainable manner. Going further, our technology is enhanced to eliminate other heavy metals and bacteria from the water and making it clean and safe for everybody.
